1986 MAR

Daisho Co Ltd Established.

1996 SEP

Established Daisho Asia Development (M) Sdn Bhd and acquired land for KL Central Project (Hilton Kuala Lumpur).

2001 JUN

Acquired the land for AO Building Retail development in Tokyo.

2001 JUL

Acquired 192 Central in Brisbane.

2001 SEP

Acquired property in Kawasaki and commenced the Kawasaki Station East One Building Project in Japan.

2002 MAR

Acquired the North Tenjin Department Store, Fukuoka.

2003 JUL

Acquired and amalgamated the site adjacent to the AO project (Kinokuniya site).

2004 JAN

Opened Daisho Brisbane Branch and took on the management of 192 Ann Street.

2004 AUG

Kawasaki Station East One Building completed.

2004 OCT

Construction completed on the Hilton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

2008 FEB

Acquired the Park Hyatt Sydney.

2008 NOV

Construction completed on the AO Building Development.

2012 FEB

Completed refurbishment of the Park Hyatt Sydney.

2013 MAY

Construction commences on 180 Brisbane.

2015 DEC

Construction completed on 180 Brisbane.

2015 DEC

Commenced refurbishment of the Hilton, Kuala Lumpur.

2016 Dec

Acquired the W Melbourne at Collins Arch.

2017 Nov

Sold Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

2018 Jun

Sold MinaTenjin / North Tenjin.

Acquired Best Western Onna and Kouki in Okinawa.
